Our rates are fully inclusive of all services listed below
- Full board and lodging.
- Hot and cold drinks and snacks.
- Monitoring and adjusting of care programmes
- 24-hr supervision
- Personal care services (help with eating, bathing, dressing etc.)
- Personal laundry and housekeeping service.
- Medication management programme.
- Transportation for shopping, social outings, doctor/dentist/hospital appointments, religious services and hairdressers during weekdays within the local area.
- Carer to accompany resident when off the premises unless visiting family/friends.
- Basic Astro package for each room.
- Basic toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, body lotion.
- E mail address.
- Use of all facilities within the premises.
Our fees do not include doctors, dentist, hospital charges, ambulance for emergency hospital admittance, diapers, emergency doctor call out, physiotherapy, reflexology, acupuncture or similar services, cost of prescription and over-the-counter medicine, vitamins or health supplements and alcohol, these additional services will be billed separately each month at cost.
RM 5,500.00 per month. A supplementary fee may be charged in cases where dedicated attention is required, the quantum to be decided based on the attention level needed.
A one month fully refundable deposit and one month advance payment is payable on admission together with RM500.00 registration fee which covers Doctor consultation and full medical examination inclusive of blood and urine analysis, mental acuity evaluation for preparation of initial care programme.
Charges are payable in advance per month or part thereof. One month notice is required from residents leaving the home.
My Manor reserves the right to terminate the care agreement if any resident becomes violent, disruptive, uncooperative or needs full time nursing. My Manor will work with the doctor and family to resolve any such problems and will assist in finding suitable alternative care facilities should it become necessary.
